Tesla CEO Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, has been repeatedly stiffing small businesses, causing some of them to fall into bankruptcy. According to an investigation by CNN, contractors filed liens, claims of possession of property until a debt is paid off, for more than $110 million against Tesla over the last five years. The company still owes dozens of businesses more than $24 million.
