A recent survey by tech giant IBM has found that a shockingly small proportion of company leaders are reporting that their AI initiatives are delivering the expected return on investment. Only a quarter of the 2,000 surveyed CEOs reported that the tech was delivering on its promises, while only 16 percent scaled AI across the entire enterprise.
